Professional Services
At the heart of this work is a framework for understanding human development — our life phases, transitions, thresholds, and the inner patterns that shape the way we perceive and meet the world.
This is holistic work, attending to what was once called the soul and is now understood as the psyche. Applied in professional development contexts, this approach offers staff and teams a deeper understanding of themselves and of the people they work with, supporting self-awareness as a foundation for more effective and meaningful practice.
What I bring is depth and breadth: a biographical framework for understanding holistic human development, community development experience, cross-cultural competency, and the capacity to work across the full span of life — from early childhood through to older adulthood.
Depending on the context, this might look like a workshop series, an embedded consultation role, professional development for staff, or community development support.
What I offer
Group work — workshops and ongoing groups drawing on biographical and developmental frameworks
Individual consultation embedded within provider settings
Professional development — for educators, leaders, and organisational teams
